Our physical assessment is more than just measuring your body, it is also measuring what your body can handle physically. We believe that your training and weight goals are more than what your waist size is. When you come in for your assessment you can plan on a work out. We test where your body is at physically by having you go through approximately a half hour circuit training session with one of our qualified trainers. This isn't just weighing you in, taking measurements, and looking at your body mass index (B.M.I.) but also testing how much you can physically do right now.
This provides us with the best perspective on how to accomplish your goals in the most effective way. An honest physical assessment is not meant to bring you down. Instead we gear our assessments to show you where you are at now and what we know you can accomplish. This is our way of showing your measurable results. This is also your opportunity to set your goals and help us show you how to reach those goals. Whether you just want to tone up, or you want to lose some weight.
